Warehouse
We have class A warehouses for storing raw materials and materials up to 5000 m². As well as a warehouse for finished products, which, like production facilities, meets the conditions for storing products, is equipped with a supply and exhaust system with temperature and humidity control.
Laboratory
We have our own laboratory, which has all the resources for the development and production of new products (including with the participation of the Customer) and support of the current production with analytical research and microbiological analyzes. The presence of a laboratory allows you to constantly update the assortment, expand it, and also control the quality of products. The laboratory staff annually attend international industry-specific scientific and practical seminars and exhibitions.
Water preparation
Our own water treatment and ozonation station reduces the risk of microbiological contamination of products by 90% and ensures safety in the production of care and children's cosmetics.
Ecomaterials
We have the ability to develop and manufacture products based on environmentally friendly and natural raw materials and in recyclable packaging, including eco-packaging, such as cardboard cases for lipstick, tubes, wooden cases and bottles.

Product quality and safety objectives:
1. Ensure compliance with the requirements for manufactured products in terms of consumer and quality characteristics with an increase in production volumes by 2 million pieces per year.
2. Confirm the Certificates to the requirements of international standards ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System. Requirements; ISO 22716: 2007 Cosmetics. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Good Manufacturing Practice Guidelines.
3. To reduce technological losses in product output by 30% from the level of 2021.
4. To develop at least 5 new formulations of masses (mascara, foundation, scrubs), similar to imported ones, corresponding to the requirements of partners in terms of quality and consumer characteristics.
5. To bring the average productivity up to 1100 pieces of finished products for each person per shift.

- Collection of information, consultation with a manager, conclusion of an agreement
- Formulation development, testing, adjustments, signing of a laboratory standard sample of mass
- Production process: purchase of raw materials and materials, signing of a standard sample of the finished product, packing, packaging, shipment
