What is contract manufacturing?

This is a manufacturer that provides a full range of development and production services from the customer's idea to the finished product.

Question 2

I want a new recipe. Can you make a product according to my wishes?

Answer

It is possible. Based on the client's specifications, our qualified development chemists can create the desired product in the laboratory.

Question 3

Do you making out certificates?

Answer

We provide services for the design for clients of Declarations and Certificates of Conformity. We also help to issue a Certificate of State Registration.

Question 4

What steps do you need to go through to get the finished product?

Answer

The first thing to do is to communicate constructively with our manager, which will determine the number of stages before the release of the finished product. But, basically, it happens like this:

Negotiations with the manager, collecting information
Brief design
Preliminary calculation
Conclusion of a contract
Formulation development
Testing and adjustments, signing the laboratory mass standard
Signing the specification
Pre-production process: purchase of raw materials, containers, labels, certification
Production and packaging: signing of a reference sample of the finished product, production of an industrial batch of mass, packing
Shipment of finished products

Question 5

Can you make an eco-friendly product?

Answer

It is possible. We can develop a formulation and release a finished product that will contain about 95% natural ingredients and in recyclable packaging, including eco-packaging, such as cardboard boxes for lipstick, tubes, wooden cases and bottles.

Question 6

I want to use a ready-made recipe, is it possible?

Answer

Perhaps, but only the base developed by us for each recipe, since we don't repeat the recipes of other customers, and all customers have individual requirements for the product in terms of smell, color, etc.

Question 7

Do I have to pay for laboratory samples and probes?

Answer

New customer pays for formulation development and probes. If the cooperation continues in the form of a subsequent order, then the development costs are partially offset in the future order.

Question 8

Do you have ready prices for the products?

Answer

In contract manufacturing, making a price list for finished products is very problematic. There is no price list for the product, because a separate selling price is set for each client of contract manufacturing.

Question 9

What is the time frame for creating finished products from scratch?

Answer

If a client wants to develop a product based on our existing recipe bases, then about a month. If the product is developed "from scratch" and "turnkey" - 3 months.

Question 10

What is the minimum lot to place an order?

Answer

We have an individual approach to each client. If a client wants to release a product, then at least 1 piece. But usually we consider orders from 500 pieces, depending on the scheme of supply of components.
